Sherif Fawzy a été notre guide lors de notre fabuleux voyage en Égypte "On the Go". Je n'ai pas de mots assez forts pour le féliciter. Sherif est calme, organisé, gentil et attentionné, et extrêmement bien informé. Notre groupe de Kiwis, d'Australiens et de Canadiens l'a adoré. Tous nos besoins ont été superbement pris en compte - rien n'a été un problème. Il nous a tenus informés, a répondu patiemment à de nombreuses questions, nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme une "famille". C'est le voyage le plus mémorable auquel j'ai participé et Sherif l'a rendu encore plus spécial.

Depuis l'accueil à l'aéroport jusqu'à la restitution, le service a été meilleur que prévu, on s'est très bien occupé de nous, nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité tout au long du voyage et nous avons eu un excellent guide touristique, Sherif, qui s'est surpassé tout en étant bien informé et en nous aidant.
