Le guide était génial, organisé, très motivé, connaissances étendues. Les hôtels étaient corrects, les chambres différentes, manifestement low cost au sein des hôtels. Le choix des vols était catastrophique. Au lieu de vols directs, il y avait des escales avec de longs temps d'attente, nous passions pratiquement une journée entière sur la route. Le vol de Vienne à Edinborough a dû être modifié, mais ce n'était pas la responsabilité de l'agence de voyage.
